PVC-U – SCHD 40 & 80 -

ASTM plumbing pipes are manufactured as per ASTM D 1785 and are available in Sch. 40 and 80 pressure classes. The pipes are available in a standard length of 3 meters and 6 meters in both plain and threaded ends. Threads are compatible with GI fittings as per IS-554. ASTM threaded pipes are cheaper to conventionally used G.I. pipes and offer all the advantages of plastic piping system.
The maximum continuous service temperature for Finolex PVC-U plumbing pipes is 60oC. The ASTM Pipes’ abrasion resistance, light weight, mechanical strength, toughness and durability are the key reasons for it’s used in construction and building applications.

FlowGuard Plus CPVC Pipes -

Finolex FlowGuard Plus CPVC pipes are available in sizes from 15mm (1/2″) to 54mm (2″) and are manufactured as per IS 15778 in SDR 11 & 13.5 series and fittings as per ASTM D2846 in CTS (Copper tube sizing). Finolex also produces pipes in ‘iron pipe size’ (IPS), which are available in sizes 65mm (2 1/2″) to 100mm (4″) in schedule 40 and schedule 80 series which meet the ASTM requirements of F441, with various pressure ratings as well as temperatures.

Underground Sewerage Pipes -

Finolex SDR series sewerage pipes are specially designed for underground non- pressure applications like gravity drainage & sewer flow for transportation of soil & waste discharge of domestic origin, surface water (storm water) and industrial effluent. These pipes are available in sizes of 110, 125, 160 & 200 mm in stiffness class of SN-2, SN-4 & SN-8. These pipes are self-socketed, joined with the help of solvent cement (cold welding) and available in standard length of 6 meters & are brown in colour..

SWR PIPES WITH INTEGRATED RINGS -

(Conforms to IS:13592)
Finolex SWR pipes and fittings with integrated rings support easy and quick installation as the integrated ring is pre-fitted in the groove of the socket remains permanently positioned. The joint is made simply by pushing the spigot end into the socket end. No solvent cement is required to make joints.

SWR SELFIT PVC PIPES -

(Conforms to IS:13592)
Finolex SWR pipes are manufactured in a way that one end of the pipe is plain, while the other is self-socketed. This is done on sophisticated automatic machines for high accuracy. The best feature of these pipes is that they can be easily joined with the use of solvent cement and they form a permanent water tight joint which is very durable.
